You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use PingPongPal.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, harass or abuse other users, create fake profiles, manipulate game results or ratings, or post offensive or harmful content.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you create, including messages and profile information. By using PingPongPal, you grant us a license to display your content within the app. We may remove content that violates these terms.

5. Table Listings

Tables listed on PingPongPal are user-contributed. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or condition of listed tables. Users should verify table locations and conditions independently.

6. ELO Rating System

Game results and ratings are based on user-reported data. Both players must confirm results. Disputed games do not affect ratings. We reserve the right to reset ratings in cases of manipulation.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account through the app settings, which permanently removes your profile and associated data.

8. Disclaimer

PingPongPal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from use of the app or meeting other users in person.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
